Everything else, including Sand Attack and the Sand Veil ability, are legal.

Soul dew Clause
A Pokémon is not allowed to hold Soul Dew.
Odd One Out Clause
Gym Leaders and Elite Four are, in addition to the five Pokemon fitting their Type, are allowed one Odd Pokemon, or Pokemon that is not of their Type, such as a Fighting Type in the Psychic Gym, or things like that.
Multi-Dragon Clause
In all teams, barring the Dragon Elite Four, only one Dragon type Pokemon is to be allowed, and there shall be no exceptions to the rule.
No "Hax" Items
The following items are banned:
- Brightpowder

Self-KO Clause
If both players are down to their last Pokemon and one uses a move that kills itself, such as Explosion, Self-Destruct, Destiny Bond, or Memento, the trainer who used that move is considered the loser in the match.
